Kinkell Bridge

The Dunkeld House beat is located on the middle section of the River Tay at Dunkeld, between the Newtyle and Dalmarnock fishing beats, and comprises 2 miles of left bank fishing. The beat, which is generally ghillied, has a 5 year annual average catch of around 76 salmon and offers a good mixture of fly water and spinning water. 

For spring 2021 PDAA has fishing for two bank rods each Wednesday throughout January, February and March. 

Normally fishing is from 9.00am to 5.00pm.  

Life jackets should be worn at all times.

If a member is unable to fulfil a booking, this should be notified immediately to Simon Furniss (Tel 07736379104) and cancelled on SuperSaaS as early as possible.

Access

Travelling northwards from Perth on the A9, turn right for Dunkeld, cross over the bridge and drive through the town centre. As you leave the town centre, after the public car park on your left, turn left through the towered entrance gateway to Dunkeld House Hotel. Follow the driveway until you come to a boat on your LEFT together with a fish sign, then turn left, then IMMEDIATELY RIGHT, and proceed a further 300 yards until you arrive at the fishing lodge car park
